Everyone is welcome to join, so it doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or want to take your practice to the next level - our classes are taught in small groups (max group size is 9 students), allowing for supportive, individualised instruction that meets your needs.
Your instructor Sini is an experienced personal trainer, wellness mentor and yoga teacher. Sini has a wealth of experience across multiple disciplines, including wellness, nutrition and coaching.

Gentle Hatha Yoga:
This gentle hatha yoga class is a grounding experience and all about balance. Create space within and find a connection with your body and mind, guided through your journey by an experienced wellness professional.
The class will focus on your breathing and moving with intention with a particular focus on helping you find a new connection and a sense of peace within. This is a great class if you’re just starting your journey into yoga; the aim is to leave you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.
Dynamic Yoga is hatha yoga’s more active cousin, a lovely blend of the dynamic power of acrobatics and the loving kindness of the healing arts. The class aims to create a fluid movement between sequences with a particular focus on your breathing and improving your flexibility, strength and balance.
Sculpt your body with this great Pilates workout. Pilates has endless health benefits and a power to restore mobility and balance. With a focus on your core, flexibility and strength, it’s an all-round workout that’s easily adjusted to each student’s fitness level. Combine strength with relaxation and end your workout with gentle hatha yoga through our combined classes.
